Went for a quick spin at Edgewood and let me tell you, it feels like riding in soup. The air is just so heavy and even though it’s “just” 84 degrees it was too much for me. Only one loop and called it a day - this was at 10am!
Good to get out and ride but I hate this part of LI summer.
